Foster Parent Application

Choose an animal you would like to sponsor:
Our animals need help. Many are aged and all have some kind of problem because of the abuse
and neglect they suffered before being rescued. Your sponsorship will absolutely make a difference, and will help us
in our continuing our efforts to provide a home, care, and happy life for the animal you choose.

  Little Fella (cow)

Born without eyes or a tail and with a twisted face, Little Fella came to us as
a baby calf.  Actually someone took down our gate and left him when we
were not home.

He is a big beggar, knows some voice commands, and takes very good care of      himself.  He wears a homemade fly mask to help protect his face from the
sun and flies in summer.

Pee-Pee (pot-belly pig)

Formally known as Mr. P
A real character that wants things his way. He is a typical little guy who will
scold you and do as he pleases. He can also root up a yard or garden in
a few minutes.

Stinky (goat)

Stinky was found as a baby lying beside a road.  She had been injured
sometime earlier and someone had used several hundred stales to try and
close her wounds. Her right side and right hind leg were swollen and very  infected. She was just dumped by the side of the road and left to die. She is a
little old lady now that has been with us for many years.

Chalei (llama)

Chalei is just a great joy. She loves any attention she gets and IS never a problem.
She was born wit ha deformed jaw and a small flipper for a front leg. She spent many years of her life visiting children's hospitals and nursing homes.
She is now retired and just spends her days as she pleases.

 Bella (horse)

Bella came as a surrender through a local law enforcement agency.
She was nearly starved to death.

Yellow Fellow
Yellow is neutered former feral cat.
He is now very tame. He likes to hide under cars and
jump out at you at dinner time.

Scary
Scary came with her left front foot very badly cut and would have not survived where she was at.
She is doing very well but will be lame for the rest of her life.
She has a good heart and will follow up all over the ranch.

Sara (llama)
The character. She is into everything and loves to sit in a
wading pool in the summer.

Betty
Was starving when she came, and was so weak, her foal did not survive being born.

Her withers and girth area are covered with white hairs and scars (scalded) from years of wearing saddles that did not fit as she worked earning her
living on a pony ring.

Gladie
Very old and frail mare.
She was starved and horribly abused.

Boomer (miniature horse)
A real charmer, character, and companion to an
old crippled appy mare.
We have to watch his weight and give him things to do.
Boomer has beautiful glass (white) eyes, and is always into someting.
Fluffy (kitty)
Fluffy showed up a tiny feral kitty.
He is very friendly, curious, and is into everything.
He has been neutered.

Keep checking back-we are always adding more animals.
